How do I change my username or email on my account?

You can change your account username or email at any time.

1. Navigate to "Account Settings" upon logging in.

2. Under "My Settings," you will see links to change either your username or email. Click "Change" on the one you wish to change.

3. If changing your email address, you will see a field to enter your desired email address. Click "Save" when you are done. (If you want to change your username, simply enter your desired username into the field, press "Save," and no additional verification is required).

4. You will receive a message on your screen to check your new email's inbox for additional verification.

5. Once you check your email, please click "verify" in the message. This will automatically take you into the Authoring tool with new credentials, and you will see in your account settings that your email has changed.

NOTE: If you ignore the email and do not verify, your new email address will NOT be changed.
