Insights is a great place to check the performance of your Wraps once they've been published and distributed. 

1. Upon logging in, please navigate to the "Insights" tab.

2. Then navigate to the drop-down to select a Wrap you'd like to see performance stats for.

3. You will see a dashboard of the Wrap you've selected. The first step is to select dates using the date selector. Click the "Apply" button when you are done.

4. You will then see a set of metrics you check Wrap performance:

Wrap User Session -  The Wrap User Session starts when a Wrap loads in the browser for the first time or the user is coming back to the same Wrap after 30+ minutes of inactivity. The Wrap User Session ends after the Wrap browser tab is closed, after 30 minutes of inactivity in a Wrap, or at midnight.

Wrap View - When the Wrap URL is loaded in a browser, the count of Wrap Views is increased by one.

Unique Wrap View - The number of Wrap User Sessions (see definition) where one or more Wrap Views were recorded. In a session where a user views the same Wrap more than once, there is only one Unique Wrap View.

Card View  - When a Wrap Card is rendered and all images on a Card are downloaded, the count of Card Views is increased by one.

Unique Card View (Unique Page View) - The number of Wrap User Sessions (see definition) where one or more Card Views were recorded. In a session where a user views the same Card more than once, there is only one Unique Card View.

CTA Click - External links on a Card are defined as CTA (call-to-action). When a user clicks on CTA link on a Card, the count of CTA Clicks is increased by one.

Unique CTA Click - The number of unique CTA clicks across all CTA links on all Wrap Cards. When each CTA is selected for the first time in a Wrap User Session, that is defined as a Unique Click.

Wrap-level Click Through Rate (CTR) - Unique CTA Clicks on all the Cards in a Wrap divided by Unique Wrap Views.

Card-level Click Through Rate (CTR) - Unique CTA Clicks on a specific Card divided by Unique Card Views on this Card.

Bounce Rate - The percentage of users who did not use or interact with any Wrap features (e.g. CTA links, video, audio, gallery scrolls, social share, etc.) on first Card and exited the Wrap without going to a second Card once the Wrap loaded.

Average Time Spent in Wrap - Time spent on all Cards in Wrap divided by total Wrap Views.

Average Time Spent on Card - Time spent on a specific Card  in the Wrap divided by total Wrap Views. 

Cards/Visit - Card views divided by Wrap Views. 

Card Progression Behavior: Card to card completion rates to see the drop off between Cards. The last card shows Entire Wrap Completion Rates.

Wrap Completion Rate - The ratio of last Card's Unique Views divided by Unique Wrap Views.
